Emergency Repairs

Only emergency repairs will be accepted informally but must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible. An emergency repair is only necessary if there is a fault/damage that is likely to cause injury, undue inconvenience or which makes the premises unsafe or insecure. Some examples are listed below:

  • A gas leak
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • A burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the property
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • A serious roof leak

Other examples are contained in your lease agreement. If such repairs are necessary, you must immediately contact our office using the electronic maintenance request form (Click here), or by phoning the office on 07 3466 0261.

In the event the matter occurs after hours and is an emergency, please contact one of the contractors listed below.

How to handle damages during a storm:

Tropical storms are a way of life when living in QLD, so it is vital to be prepared for the worst situation.
