Actively prospect for new listings and develop a database
Sell and prepare tailored marketing campaigns
Negotiate positive outcomes
Follow up all inquiries with Buyers and Sellers – phone and face to face
Prepare written correspondence and reports
Prepare and conduct market appraisals
Prepare contracts (with admin support)
Coordinate all post contract activities including building and pest inspections, valuations etc.
Demonstrate commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
